Come along on Monday 15th May at Priory Woods School and Arts College.

9.30am-12.00pm – This session will have a slight emphasis for families with younger children so more time will be spend on DLA and less on PIP however families are welcome to attend either.

12.30-2.30pm - This session will have more emphasis on Personal Independence Payments (PIP) so will be of greater benefit to families whose children are 14years and over. Again families are welcome to attend either session To book contact Karen Appleby at Priory Woods school.

Facilitated by Rachael Turnbull, Contact a Family’s Finance & Welfare Parent Adviser, this session will offer an over view of the benefits that you may be able to claim as a parent or carer of a child with a disability or additional needs. Within the Session we will cover Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment, Carers Allowance along with other resources for support.

This free workshop is open to parent/carers of children and young people aged 0-18 with any disability or additional need.
