At Priory Woods Geography is taught as part of the ‘Knowledge and Understanding of the World’ and is delivered through cross curricular topics.  Geography is considered intrinsic to daily routines, everyday places and people, the weather and what’s in the news. 

At Priory Woods we aim to offer students opportunities to;

• stimulate interest in their surroundings and in the variety of human and physical conditions on the Earth's surface;
• foster a sense of wonder at the beauty of the world around them;
• help develop an informed concern about the quality of the environment and the future of the human habitat; and
• enhance a sense of responsibility for the care of the Earth and its people.
